Some time ago I was asked by the Slovenian band, LastDayHere, as photographer.
LastDayHere is a band which redefines modern rock and metal. The band formed in 2005, had some changes in the band line-up and was fully formed in 2007. Uros, Marko, Jure, Tomi and Mohor started to approach deep subjects with the strong intensity and an ability to pour soul and emotions into their music. By recording their creations in the studio, the band brought their music to the next level and presented themselves to a wider audience.
The band came two times this year to the Netherlands already. The first time it was on my birthday, so I couldn’t go. But the second time was 28th of January. I arranged myself a car and I went to Sassenheim (The Netherlands).
They welcomed me very friendly and it seemed like we knew each other for years.
It was the first time for me to be a photographer in such a professional way.
During this event there were three other bands too. I saw Soulburn, Note to Amy and Red Eyes too! Those three bands are from the Netherlands and they agreed with it that I took pictures of them.
